As a co-founder and former Managing Director of London’s largest and premier children’s therapy centres, Galen has built a reputation for operational expertise and strategic growth.​ He has also served as CEO of an Aileron Project portfolio company, leading it through a successful exit.

With two decades of experience in small business acquisition and management, Galen focuses on enhancing systems, streamlining operations, and maximizing marketing outreach for acquisitions with revenue between £1M and £5M.
​
Outside of work, Galen is an ultra-distance mountain runner, competing in endurance events across the Alps. He lives between London and Turin with his wife and three young sons.
